🚨Online Only Training is pre-recorded training programs, no tailored training, no personalized meal guides, you will receive and be doing a Workout Of the Day and free weights are RECOMMENDED if you don’t gym access.🚨

 45 min - 1 hr Training will consist of:

5 - 15 min: Dynamic Stretching/Warm - Up

30 min : Strength/Functional/HIIT/Cardio Training 

5 - 15 min : Core Training/Cool Down/ Static Stretching

- Macronutrient Breakdown: Specific ratios of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.

- Caloric Intake: Total daily calorie goals aligned with the your objectives (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance).

📌 Meal Recommendations: Detailed recipes or meal suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, often with alternatives for variety.

📌 Shopping Lists: Lists of recommended foods and ingredients to simplify grocery shopping.

🚨INSTRUCTIONS + TERMS AND CONDITIONS 🚨

 

• After purchasing you will receive an invitation link via email to download the Trainerize App.  (BE SURE TO PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN PURCHASING).

• You are required to complete/sign/fill out the consultation  forms and waivers BEFORE starting your training program. (Waivers will also be provided to sign for those training in person)

• You will be booking sessions via the Trainerize App

• You are advised and it’s recommended to book in at least 24 hours in advance. 

• If you are not booked for a session, YOU WILL NOT be able to attend the session.

• You will have up to 1 hr prior to scheduled timeframe to cancel your booking.

• If you do not cancel your booking at least 1 hour prior,  YOU WILL LOSE that session.

• After credits are given to book no further changes can or will be made.

• Training Purchases, sessions, packages, in-person or online are NON-REFUNDABLE. You forfeit any sessions/credits you do not use. 

• Pricing is month to month, Training services are month to to month within a 30 day basis. After your 30 days are completed and if you have not booked for another month, you will automatically be deactivated on the app, AGAIN it will be automatically. Once you’ve repurchase your account will be activated again.

• You are to be responsible and will be held accountable for keeping up with the instructions and terms and conditions. 

• You also acknowledge that by purchasing, you’ve confirmed, read, agreed to and are aware of and understood the instructions, terms and conditions.
